Robert M. (Bo) Snyder, FACHE
Speaker, author, consultant, coach
Bo Snyder, FACHE, is a healthcare consultant, speaker, author and coach. He began his career with Bronson Healthcare, serving in several administrative roles for 18 years. In his last few years there, Bo was deeply involved in efforts that led to Bronson's receipt of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Author of books on the patient experience for physicians and healthcare leaders (Health Administration Press), Bo also lectures as an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan. He speaks on patient satisfaction, the Baldrige journey, strategy, leadership and board effectiveness for client and industry groups.
Bo volunteers his time as a Baldrige examiner at the national and state levels, and he has led Baldrige teams and site visits. He has a passion for helping C-suite executives make decisions with significant impact, and he is equally energized on the front line with the doctors, nurses and others who directly benefit patients.
Bo holds a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree in health services administration from the University of Michigan. He remains a devoted Michigan football fan, missing only one game at The Big House since 1979. (And if you have 2 hours, he’ll tell you why he missed that game.)
“Bo’s a great resource for getting a clear picture of what’s happening in the industry.”
